How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Midnightconditions Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Midnightconditions Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Midnightconditions Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@midnightconditions.skin and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
