Midnightconditions Windows & Siding is a neighborly referral service for homeowners in the Dayton area. We are not a contractor. We do not install windows or siding, and we do not send anyone to your door. We help you reach someone who does.

Why We Exist

Finding a window or siding provider can take a lot of searching. You scroll, compare, make calls and wait. We wanted to cut that down. The idea is simple: less searching, a clear first step, and a real provider to talk to while the problem is still small.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what you need. It might be new windows for a drafty bungalow, or vinyl siding for a ranch home that has seen too many storms. We then connect you with an independent local provider in our network who handles that kind of job in your area.

Provider availability varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear, honest and polite with homeowners. We also ask them to explain the job in plain words and give a written quote.

Providers are responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance and warranties. Ask each provider to show you what they hold before you sign anything.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not do the work, so we do not repair, restore or install anything.
• We do not set your price. The provider does.
• We do not take on repair-only calls. This network is for window replacement of two or more windows, and for siding installation.
• We do not pressure anyone. You can say no at any point.

How We Are Paid

We want to be plain about this. Providers in our network may pay Midnightconditions Windows & Siding for the referrals we send them. You do not pay Midnightconditions Windows & Siding to be connected. The price of the job is between you and the provider, and it will vary by size, materials and the age of your home.
